In September 2021, BioBarcode introduced its flagship project, The Australian Barcode for Life (ABFL) at WA’s Inaugural Biodiversity Conference. Thirty two excited students from 8 government and non government high schools trained for a day in the specialised techniques prior to conference, then presented their experience to a large audience of interested delegates on the second day of the conference.
